If you're anything like me, you probably own a dozen eyeshadows that are almost the exact shade of light brown. You also don't see a problem with this. I was going through my makeup collection recently and realized I have a slight obsession with natural colored eyeshadow palettes. I did the math just for the fun of it, and I apparently have an over 400 dollar worth obsession to be exact. A lot of my friends ask me what my favorite eyeshadow palettes are, so I thought I would share! I prefer warmer tones, so if you enjoy a cooler toned neutral you may not like these as much. These are my all-time favorite natural toned eyeshadow palettes (in no particular order.) Click on the photo for a link to purchase.

1. Lorac Pro

I've never used a better eyeshadow formula in my life. These are slightly powdery, but the pigmentation is the best I've ever seen. The shimmery shades are vibrant and bright, and the mattes blend so well. This palette also gives you a good selection of different shades. The packaging is also great for travel.

2. Too Faced Natural Eyes

Gorgeous palette with some of my favorite highlight shades. They did recently update this one, and exchanged three of the shadows to new shades. Top is the new version, bottom is the original. I have the bottom one.

3. Too Faced Chocolate Bar

This palette has literally everything you need, both matte and shimmer to create a variety of pretty looks.

4. Morphe x Kathleen Lights

This one is limited edition so you might have to act fast, but I love this palette from one of my favorite YouTubers. It's also a lot cheaper than any of the others on the list. I was skeptical of Morphe at first, and some of their shades are hit and miss, but this palette is fantastic. The warm tones in this palette look so pretty in the crease, and everything blends nicely. The highlight shades are really pigmented.

5. Urban Decay Naked Basics

This is a really simple palette, but it's perfect for on the go and natural matte looks.

6. Urban Decay Naked

I'll be honest, I've found other palettes such as the Lorac Pro or Chocolate Bar palettes that I personally feel perform better than the UD palette. However, no natural eyeshadow list would be complete without it. The Naked palette was basically the palette that started the natural shades revolution. It will always have a place in the natural eyeshadow palette hall of fame. The palette is the one that started it all, and contains quite a few shades with a lot of different finishes.

7. Too Faced Peanut Butter and Jelly

Adorableness and peanut butter scent aside, this is the perfect palette for warmed toned shadow lovers.

8. Tarte Tartelette in Bloom

I'm on the fence with this one. The colors themselves are absolutely gorgeous, and I love the highlight shades. The pigment is unreal. The shades just don't stay long on the eyes, and for the price, that's really disappointing. Most people give this palette fantastic reviews, though, so it may be a good fit for you.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
