Whether you're a girl who’s super into makeup or you prefer to go ‘au naturale’, we all have our favorite beauty brands and beauty products.

In my list, I’m going to mention everything from hair products to makeup brushes. So, if you're a girl like me who loves all things beauty, I hope you enjoy my list of favorites!

1. First Aid Beauty

Also known as FAB Beauty because it's fabulous. 💁🏽

I’ve been using their Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer for a few years now and I love it. Its super hydrating and absorbs into the skin. It doesn't feel tacky on the skin at all. It also doubles as a makeup primer so basically, it does work.

I did recently discover the Facial Radiance Pads and Facial Radiance Polish. They both help exfoliate and brighten skin and my skin feels incredibly smooth after each use. I wouldn't say I have sensitive skin, but I love that these products are safe for sensitive skin and aren't going to cause irritation.

Bonus, First aid Beauty products are Allergy-Tested, Gluten-Free, Non-Comedogenic, Nut-Free, Oil-Free, Soy-Free, Suitable for Sensitive Skin, Vegan, Nano-Free, and they are also formulated without Alcohol, Artificial Colorants, Artificial Fragrance, Lanolin, Mineral Oil, Parabens, Petrolatum, Phthalates, Propylene Glycol, and Sulfates.

2. Deva Curl

So, while researching Deva Curl I came across this quote. “Ask a curly girl about her hair and she’ll tell you about her life. She’ll tell you about her childhood, her family, her friends, and the way she sees herself in the mirror.” Let me just tell you that before I even typed in google “Deva Curl”, I had written the following two sentences. Talk about accurate.

For the longest time, I rejected my curly hair. It wasn't really until the end of high school that I started wearing my hair curly, and it wasn’t until THIS YEAR that I finally feel like I found the perfect shampoo and conditioner.

I have non-porous hair that is super prone to breakage, and I can definitely say that Deva Curl has changed the way I take care of and style my hair. Deva Curl products are sulfate, paraben, and silicone free—which is a must if you want healthy, awesome, curly hair So I’ve been using the No-Poo Original Zero Lather Conditioning Cleanser and the One Condition Original Daily Cream Conditioner. My curls are more defined, shinier, and last so much longer.

3. MAC

I’m absolutely obsessed with MAC eyeshadows. I pretty much got rid of all my other eyeshadows and eyeshadow palettes. Even my Urban Decay Naked Palettes. I know.

My absolute favorite shade is the cult favorite Soft Brown. This eyeshadow changed my game when it came to days I wear eyeshadow. It's so natural in my crease. I’m also a big fan of Naked Lunch and All That Glitters for all over the lid. They last forever, are super pigmented and are just great quality in general.

4. Morphe

These brushes, guys, I'm tellin’ ya, they're delightful. So soft, so affordable, so quality.

I specifically have the Jaclyn Hill Favorites brush set, and I love it soooo much.

5. Tarte

I’ve loved Tarte for years. I swear I have been using nothing but their Gifted Amazonian Clay Smart Mascara for at least 5 or 6 years.

I recently discovered their lip sculptor lipstick and lipgloss, which literally smells like cake frosting. They're so creamy and hydrating and actually stain your lips a bit (more with the darker colors). My favorite color is definitely ‘Kind’. Its my lips but better color for me.

I love this brand so much because they are cruelty-free, vegan, hypoallergenic, and such good quality. They're also formulated without parabens, phthalates, sodium lauryl sulfate, triclosan, and gluten.

And of course, I couldn’t talk about Tarte and not mention their Shape Tape Contour Concealer. I use the shades Light Medium and Light Sand. Now, let me tell you… this stuff is thick. But, it'll cover anything and everything. If you haven't tried it, seriously, run out to Ulta right now and find your shade.

College is filled with many things, and we're so often lectured to make the right decisions as we head out on our own into the college life. But sometimes it's necessary to indulge in some guilty pleasures as well as just doing things because you can. And honestly, a lot of the time it's inevitable. College is no piece of cake that's for sure, so it's okay to do some things you deep down know you shouldn't....once in a while anyways.
