BuJo is becoming more and more popular currently because of all the customization elements you can add to it. It is the ultimate way that you can plan out your schedule and track all sorts of different aspects of your life. From health and mood trackers, to weekly spreads, to your bucket list and favorite quotes, there are endless possibilities to logging your life in a bullet journal of your own.
Let's start with what you need...a journal, some funky pens and so much more! Here are the supplies that I got for my bujo.
- Leuchttrum 1917 journal.
- A variety of pens.
- Washi tape, stickers.
- Stencils.
- Post-its/dividers.
- Follow IG accounts for inspiration @bullet.jornals, @bulletjournal.idea
I recently started a #bujo of my own on January 1st, 2018. So far, I have found that the best way to get your creative juices flowing is to research different layouts, fonts, and planning spreads before you permanently draw them into your journal.
As an art major, I have found doodling particularly frustrating. I know…weird right? Bullet journaling gives you the perfect amount of creative freedom to make your journal as elaborate or plain as you want.
This year, I wanted to try to create something that I would have forever- a cross between a diary and a scrapbook- that is customized for me, by me.
