I don't think I have ever been so discouraged to log on social media until now. Seriously I log on and it's the same tea, same waist trainer, same teeth whiter. What happen to originality? Not only is the originality gone but people have really forgotten that everyone is suppose to be equal. I don't understand how you steal land and claim you found it. I also don't understand how America can be great again when there was nothing great about it in the first place. All these things and people need to be left in 2016.

I CAN'T deal with Instagram Models- Hunny, I know you gotta make a living so pay your bills, but lord I'm tired of looking at the tea packet so I know you have to be tired of drinking it. I'm tired of the fake, half dressed boutique models wearing clothes that only come in size plastic surgery. I can't with the fake, where is the real?

I CAN'T with the doctor Miami Bodies- I get it, it's a well-made body BUT everyone doesn't have to look like that. I do believe self-esteem plays a huge role which is why we need to remind every woman she is beautiful. Every shape and size are unique and you don't need that now basic hourglass figure. I've got to the point now I don't want to look like that but just be healthy. What happen to lose weight and being healthy about it? There is so much gained mentally when you actually work to lose the weight than just get it sucked out. I'm not bashing the women who go to Dr. Miami but instead hoping to inspire women not to be threatened by the now big-headed women that did. Love yourself girl!

I CAN'T with the 'twerking for the gram' crap- You don't have to be shaking it for everyone to see in order to be valued. So many videos and clips of women lowering themselves to the standards for likes. I can't understand why. I CAN'T!

I CAN'T with the party promoters- Unslide yourself out my dm's I don't care about the hottest party of the year. Please stop posting the line wrapped outside the club when it's all a lie. You know good and well that line is the people waiting to get in because you refuse to open the doors. Why you advertise for "free before 10" but don't open the doors until 9:55? Please miss me with that! I CAN'T

I CAN'T with the Media and how they show BlackLivesMatter- News flash you can't fix senseless killing with senseless killing. I support Black lives on the side of building better communities and stopping racial injustice. The media as always take the bad and blow it up. y'all air .5 percent of the story and give it to the world full of people who think their skin color is a privilege especially to all other countries.

I CANT with the POLICE BRUTALITY- and the people trying to justify it. A lot of people aren't gonna like this but people who don't feel anything towards the hundreds of dying in police hands are sick. People of all races are dying and you literally are saying BUT. Seriously? Really? It's really gonna have to come down to them losing someone to police brutality for it to be a problem in their eyes. This is beyond sad. More people will have to die because they don't see the harm to them. I WILL NOT AND CANNOT!

These are my I CAN'T moments and experiences of 2016. I'm sure some of you can relate so feel free to comment down below with your moments. Let's all vent together.

Summer: a time (usually) free from school work and a time to relax with your friends and family. Maybe you go on a vacation or maybe you work all summer, but the time off really does help. When you're in college you become super close with so many people it's hard to think that you won't see many of them for three months. But, then you get that text saying, "Hey, clear your schedule next weekend, I'm coming up" and you begin to flip out. Here are the emotions you go through as your best friend makes her trip to your house.

Syllabus Week As Told By Kourtney Kardashian

Feeling Lost During Syllabus Week? You're Not Alone!

Kourtney Kardashian

Winter break is over, we're all back at our respective colleges, and the first week of classes is underway. This is a little bit how that week tends to go.

The professor starts to go over something more than the syllabus

You get homework assigned on the first day of class

There are multiple group projects on the syllabus

You learn attendance is mandatory and will be taken every class

Professor starts chatting about their personal life and what inspired them to teach this class

Participation is mandatory and you have to play "icebreaker games"

Everybody is going out because its 'syllabus week' but you're laying in bed watching Grey's Anatomy

Looking outside anytime past 8 PM every night of this week

Nobody actually has any idea what's happening this entire week

Syllabus week is over and you realize you actually have to try now...or not

Now it's time to get back into the REAL swing of things. Second semester is really here and we all have to deal with it.

panera bread

Whether you specialized in ringing people up or preparing the food, if you worked at Panera Bread it holds a special place in your heart. Here are some signs that you worked at Panera in high school.

1. You own so many pairs of khaki pants you don’t even know what to do with them

Definitely the worst part about working at Panera was the uniform and having someone cute come in. Please don’t look at me in my hat.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.
