I've been obsessed with smoothies for the past several months as a way to incorporate more fruit and and protein into my diet. I've been trying out different types of smoothies I've been making until I settled on my current favorite smoothie: the Blueberry Chocolate Protein Smoothie.
The Blueberry Chocolate Protein Smoothie is something I made randomly one day and I also wanted to eat more blueberries in some way. Plus, I do love chocolate a lot to satisfy my sweet tooth.
Here's my Blueberry Chocolate Protein Smoothie recipe for you all to try.
Ingredients
- 2 Scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
- Cup of Frozen Blueberries
- 4 Slices of Bananas or Chocolate Covered Bananas
- Almond Milk
Once you have all of your ingredients together, put them in the blender and mix them until it's smooth and creamy. Then pour into a glass and enjoy!
I definitely recommend trying this smoothie out on a hot summer day or after a workout. You can thank me later!
