Vincent Van Gogh has rightfully said, "Bookstores always remind me that there are good things in this world." Reading for me is visualizing someones imagination and at times I am so happily lost in the moment that I am afraid the next moment might not be as fulfilling! Books find their home in your bags, tabletops, dusty drawers, and most prominently in a book store and where is human nature so weak as in a bookstore?

So for bibliophiles, who cherish moments with a cup of coffee and a lovable book, here are five bookstores around the world that you must visit!

1. Shakespeare And Company, Paris.

This little shop came up in 1919 and post world war it was opened again in 1951 with a wishing well at the entrance. This tourist destination stands strong with the Notre Dame Cathedral next door!

2. Livraria Lello Lrmao, Portugal.

The filming scenes for Harry Potter were form this place of art. It was built in 1869 and its most resplendent attributes include the wooden staircase, translucent fresco glass and the skylight.

3. Libreria Acqua Alta, Venice.

There is a method to madness to this place. Between the webs of canals, this place is a hidden jewel! The books here have been shelved in boats, bathtubs, boats and gondolas and also finds home to stray cats.

4. Liberia el Ateneo Grand Splendid, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

This 1920s building was refurbished from a cinema hall. Sounds fancy right? The building was resurrected with all its plush carpets and curtains and its central stage is now used as cafe.

5. The Last Bookstore, Los Angeles.

Also known as labyrinth, it takes to a sci-fi setup with the goodness of books! Also, did I mention it is the largest book store in the whole state of California?!

I bet all the bibliophiles would love to see their prized possessions kept in bank vaults as opposed to a bookshelf, but few get to live their dream in action. So, go ahead! Travel the world, visit these stores and let that nagging bookworm rest!

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

There are a lot of really easy, common names in the U.S. and while many of those simple names have different spellings, most of the time, pronunciation is not an issue that those people need to worry about. However, others are not as fortunate and often times give up on corrections after a while. We usually give an A+ for effort. So, as you could probably imagine, there are a few struggles with having a name that isn’t technically English. Here are just a few…

day·dream (ˈdāˌdrēm/): a series of pleasant thoughts that distract one's attention from the present.

Daydreams, the savior of our life in class. Every type of student in the classroom does it at least once, but most cases it is an everyday event, especially in that boring class -- you know the one. But what are we thinking while we are daydreaming?

Puerto Ricans. They are very proud people and whether they were born on the island or born in the United States by Puerto Rican parent(s). It gets even better when they meet another fellow Puerto Rican or Latino in general. You’ll know quickly if they are Puerto Rican whether the flag is printed somewhere on their person or whether they tell you or whether the famous phrase “wepa!” is said.

If it hurts now, it'll hurt again. Not because you're gullible or naive, only because you fall fast, hard, and you do it every time.

We fall each and every time with the complete and utter confidence that someone will be there to catch us. Now that person we SWORE we were never going to fall for has our hearts, and every time we see them our palms start sweating. The butterflies in our stomach start to soar and our hearts are entirely too close to bursting out of our chests.
