Everyone gets sad sometimes, and listening to vibey music when you're sad is the greatest thing in the world (Quote me on that). In fact, sometimes when I'm not even sad I like to listen to sad music just because. Getting in your feels over music is one of my favorite things to do, and I know there are people out there who think the same.
1. What I Know Now - THEY. (feat. Wiz Khalifa)
Drew Love and Dante Jones make up the duo of THEY. and if you didn't know, they make good music. "What I Know Now" is another example of this, as the duo combines with Wiz Khalifa to make a deep and sentimental song that many people can vibe with.
2. CAN'T GET OVER YOU - Joji (feat. Clams Casino)
Almost all of the singles off of Joji's Ballads 1 album could've taken this place, however "CAN'T GET OVER YOU" just takes the cake for me. This song puts you in your feelings but, at the same time, has a fun little beat you can dance too as well.
3. Sunlight On Your Skin - ILoveMakonnen & Lil Peep
"Falling Down" by Lil Peep & XXXTentacion could also take this place, however, in my opinion, ILoveMakonnen's part on this song matches up better with Lil Peep's crooning. Together they make an emotional song about being in love and how it feels for that love to fall apart. Truly a song to put you in your feelings.
4. Racecar - Aries
Aries is known for making more emo songs that are meant to put people in their feelings, and his new song "Racecar" is no different. The song is about hating your day job and yearning for a life of luxury, and is a theme that anyone who works or has worked can identify with.
5. Some Nights - SAINt JHN
Did this song make this list because SAINt JHN is my favorite artist? Yes. However, the rapper from Brooklyn, NY, has made some very vibe-y songs throughout his career and "Some Nights" is a perfect example of that. A song about doing dangerous things just to feel something is a dark but realistic feeling a lot of people feel, and something people can vibe with.
