June 13th, 1912 two adults, and six children were found brutally murdered in their beds. The small town of Villisca, Iowa was shaken as this was long before the times of serial killers and mass murderers. In the weeks that followed, the people of the town carried weapons and flooded the streets with private detectives. Even with the help of law enforcement from other counties, this mystery remains unsolved.

The morning of the murders, one of the neighbors discovered that the Moore family has not completed any of their chores. Upon entering the house, the neighbor's husband found two bodies on the bed and stains on the sheets. He left immediately and asked his wife to call the sheriff. When the police came the state of the house left it clear that this was a murder.

Lucky for you, there is a way to enjoy the Villisca Murder House. Groups of one to six people can stay overnight for $428 and $74.90 per each additional person. For the fainter of heart, the house also offers daily tours.

Many guests of the house have experienced hauntings of various types and their experiences have been detailed online. One guest even claims that upon calling out the names of the victims and asking them to turn off his flashlight, they did just that! If you do build up the courage to go be sure to document your experience.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
