Meet The Reporter: Fernanda Galan Martinez

My name is Fernanda Galan Martinez, and I'm a reporter for Arizona State University Odyssey, I'm currently a freshman majoring in journalism and mass communication at Walter Cronkite. I'm from Mexico City but decided to move to Arizona to start college. A fun fact about me is that I love to read mystery novels, and I'm a fan of ice cream. I will write about music, studying in times of coronavirus, college struggles, and more. I also love tennis, swimming and traveling, I was a ballet dancer for 15 years, although I've quit I still love to dance One thing most people wouldn't guess about me is that I love rock music , especially 80s rock Motley Crue, Kiss, Def Leppard are some of my favorite bands.
