I've recently discovered the show The Mrs. Marvelous Maisel on Amazon Video, and it is officially my new favorite show. Season three where you at?! Midge is the perfect housewife with the perfect husband and the perfect little family and lives in a perfect little huge apartment in the upper west side. But, spoiler alert, it all gets flipped upside down and Midge is forced to make some big discoveries of her own. Little did she know her picture-perfect life was holding her back all along. The post-breakup journey is a rough one, but if you do it right it can be a journey of self-discovery, growth, and enlightenment.

So here are the post-breakup stages as told by Midge in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel:

1. The initial shock sets in

You don't know what you did wrong, or why this is happening to you. You have so many great qualities AND you're funny?

2. One thing leads to another...

3. And you're here.

Next thing you know you're a couple of glasses an ENTIRE wine bottle in and you're in for a night full of regrets.

4. The wine bottle takes over

Now you're saying what's REALLY on your mind. Regretful? Maybe. Therapuetic? 100 percent.

5. OK maybe you could have left this part out...

6. You've sobered up and...

While it felt good at the time you feel like you could have maybe expressed your emotions a little differently.

7. You own it and move on

8. And then it hits you

You have so much time for YOU. Why not use this hurt as fuel to spend time on yourself. It's time to thrive and, yes, this is a thing.

9. Now you're eating whatever you want

"Why do we pretend we're not hungry when WE'RE HUNGRY?" Pizza > a flat stomach.

10. You're the life of the party

11. You have a new job

Or maybe a new haircut...

12. And now you're truly thriving

13. And when you see your ex out and about...

All you'll want to do is thank him. Cause walking out of your life is the best thing he did for you. Thank u, next.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

As an English Major in college, I have a lot of writing and especially creative writing pieces that I work on throughout the semester and sometimes, I'll find it hard to get the motivation to type a few pages and the thought process that goes behind it. April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
