We all have bad days and we all have certain things that comfort us during bad days! Some of us have books we like to read or songs we can listen to, and some of us turn to movies to occupy our minds. Now, this comfort movie might not be our favorite movie, but it's the one we turn to when we need it.

For this article I asked my friends and family on social media what their "go to" movie is when having a bad day. Here are their responses! Some of them are mentioned more than once and some are very unlikely contenders, and a lot of them star Tom Hanks and Adam Sandler, but they're all great movies to make you feel good!

If you had a long day a work, got into an argument with a friend, or maybe you're going through a break up, here is a list of movies to help you out and some reasons why they are loved!

Christine's Go To Movies!

1. 10 Things I Hate About You

This is my all time favorite movie! It always changes my mood no matter how upset I may be. I can watch it over and over again and never get sick of it! I like to watch it alone so that i can say all the lines out loud! I own it on DVD, Amazon, and iTunes, so that I always have access to it when I need it! The story just makes me to happy!

2. A Cinderella Story

(the ORIGINAL) Is easily my second favorite movie. I also own it on DVD,

Amazon, and iTunes. It just makes me feel good! The story, the music, and the

actors are all huge reasons why this movie can turn my day around.

3. Friends With Benefits

This is another one that always puts a huge smile on my face! I love Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis and this movie never fails to make me laugh!

4).Toy Story!

Yes, another Tom Hanks movie! I am a huge Toy Story fan! I have Toy Story shoes, t shirts, and a home made Buzz Lightyear Halloween Costume. These movies mean so much to me and always take me back to my childhood! I used to watch them with my Dad as a kid so they always remind me of good memories and put me in a good mood!

Dear High School Friend Group,

My sweet angels, where would I be without you guys. We all grew up together because we either met in middle school or high school and watched each other grow up and get "old." We got to go to prom together and then graduate together. Then watched each other as we continued our lives in college, joining sororities and meeting people who will impact our lives forever. It all has happened so fast.

Oh college, we can’t live with you, but we can’t live without you. It’s a love/hate relationship, really. College is an experience that no one can ever prepare you for, and maybe that’s a good thing. You never really expect any of the things that college encompasses until you are there. College is fun, but don’t have too much fun. C’s get degrees, but they don’t get you into graduate school.

Blair Waldorf

The "Gossip Girl" series may be over, but Blair Waldorf's iconic character lives in our hearts forever. Blair was the queen of the Upper East Side, and a character you either loved or hated. She taught us everything we needed to know about life, love and of course, how to score a Chuck Bass. So the next time you feel a bit lost and are in need of guidance, look no further than to the Queen B herself.

As I spend my Sunday avoiding my homework and other adult responsibilities, I realized that I've watched this series over and over about a million times. Sadly, there isn't a Blair quote I don't know, so I came up with a list of a few favorites. You know you love her...xoxo

Summer: a time (usually) free from school work and a time to relax with your friends and family. Maybe you go on a vacation or maybe you work all summer, but the time off really does help. When you're in college you become super close with so many people it's hard to think that you won't see many of them for three months. But, then you get that text saying, "Hey, clear your schedule next weekend, I'm coming up" and you begin to flip out. Here are the emotions you go through as your best friend makes her trip to your house.
