There are few movies I can watch that won't make me feel like I'm living life wrong. Especially those romance movies that crush me because the sappy crap is my weakness. I'm the epitome of a hopeless romantic, dreaming of the day my Jim Halpert will appear and propose to me at our meet up spot while I'm off pursuing my dreams. But along with these heartstring-pulling scenes in movies and shows comes the music behind it all. The music is what brings the whole thing together. Without the soundtrack, movies would not be able to tear me apart so easily (maybe). I'm a romcom fanatic, so here are the movies with the soundtracks to a hopeless romantic's soul (that I've found so far).

1. Stuck In Love

This is my favorite movie in the world, and then I discovered the soundtrack and I completely fell in love. It's heartbreaking, soft, but beautiful.

2. Crazy, Stupid Love

The movie closes with Blood by The Middle East. That's enough of an explanation for this one.

3. 500 Days of Summer

This movie is so real, the soundtrack makes this movie what it is, including the flash mob Joseph Gordon-Levitt pulls.

4. Grease

Kind of a cop out because it's a musical, but still. John Travolta singing for Sandy on the swings is unreal.

5. Begin Again

It's a weird cast completely made up of A-List actors, but the soundtrack is indescribable. I watched the movie about two months ago for the first time, and I listen to Lost Stars at least four times every. damn. day. Keira Knightley comes out of nowhere with a gentle, beautiful voice and Adam Levine continues to charm the crap out of you with his angelic falsetto.

It is that time of year again. Christmastime. It is one of my favorite seasons for a myriad of reasons. Here are just a few reasons why I love Christmas. This list is in no order of importance.

1. The Christmas decorations

I am that person who will decorate directly after Thanksgiving is over. This year, my roommates and I put the tree up in our apartment before we even left for Thanksgiving break. It is a great stress reliever for me to just sit in my living room and work on the huge amount of work I have before the semester is over.

Mistakes are something we all make, no matter how old we get. Most of the time, the mistakes we made are little and sometimes due to something out of our control. Yet, there are mistakes that are bigger than others. Personally, I have mistakes that I wish I could go back and undo. Here they are:

5 Things To Do That Are Better Than Writing A Paper

Don't waste your time trying to write that paper when there are so many more interesting things you could be doing.

Writing a paper is never fun and is rarely rewarding. The writer's block, the page requirement, be specific, but don’t summarize, make sure you fixed any grammatical errors, did you even use spellcheck? and analyze, analyze, analyze.

Papers can be a major pain. They take up so much time and effort that by the end of the process you hate yourself and you hate the professor for making life so difficult. Questions of your existence start roaming in your mind. Am I even cut out for college if I can’t write a single paper? Am I even capable of taking care of myself if I lack the energy to open my laptop and start typing?
