As many college students can attest, Netflix takes up most of my time. No, not doing that, but watching movies, some of which are decades older than I am. Here's my go-to Top 75 list (in alphabetical order). Why these movies? Because they're all fantastic and have stuck in my head for some reason. One of the worst things you can do is watch a movie and then ten minutes later no remember anything about it. Want an example? "Beetlejuice" -- the movie my parents saw on their first date, "Wreck-It Ralph" -- the movie I saw on my first date :O and "Legally Blond" -- the movie that reminds me I'm allowed to be a girly girl while diving into a male dominated field.
Now I know what you're thinking, "Why on earth should I listen to this random girl who has a weird eclectic taste in movies?" For exactly that reason! There's something on this list for everyone: exciting action, slightly inappropriate comedy, animated family features and the ultimate classics everyone loves. Plus, taking any consideration from this list cuts way down on the time you spend scrolling through Netflix. I for one spend more time searching for a movie than actually watching one. Think of this as a way to increase your productivity. So now you actually have something to do, instead of study for finals (they're next week, WPI people).
