To my beautiful cousin, remember how much I love you

To my beautiful cousin who has been like a sister to me,

You have been there for me through thick and thin. From when I was a little girl, waking you up at six a.m and telling on you if you wouldn't get up. To when I was in high school and needed boy advice. You were there to tell me what to do and when I should really just lay off.

Over the past few weeks it has been hard, as I come to terms that we will no longer share the same last name. And now, it's official. As I stood by your side, well sat in the pew, and watched your future truly begin, I was in awe. Seeing your husband start to tear up as you walked down the aisle, left me a mess because i knew that in a few minutes it would finally be official.

I am so proud of the mother you have become, to my beautiful niece. Proud that you would stop the world for that little girl if you could. And lord help anyone who thinks that they will ever try and hurt her, because they don't know the force that you will bring.

You are going to be an amazing wife. One that I could only aspire to be one day. I pray for your future together, as husband and wife and as a family. For your future family that will come, and for any challenges you guys will face.

Just like it was said in your wedding day, remember to tell each other every day how much you love one another. And when you are so mad at each other that the last thing you want to do is talk to each other, tell the other even more what you love about them.

Thank you for always being understanding and loving, and the loud mouth we all know you are. Thank you for never changing, for always being yourself.

I love you so much, so cheers and congrats to your new marriage and what the future holds.

Love,

Your baby cousin

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
