Tom Brady, quarterback of the New England Patriots, is arguably the best player to ever participate in an NFL football game. He is, what we call, the "G.O.A.T." – the greatest of all time.

If you don't agree, think long and hard about when the last time you weren't worried about your favorite team playing the Patriots was in the last seventeen years of his career? I'll wait.

If being a 5x Super Bowl champion, 4x Super Bowl MVP, and playing in twelve Pro Bowls still isn't enough to convince you, maybe these seventeen Brady career highlights will change your mind:

1. Tom Brady's winning-touchdown 30-yard pass in a playoff game against the Ravens.

Not to mention – it was first down. That's a bold move for any quarterback.

2. And when Brady flew over the Raven's defensive line, scoring a touchdown, earlier in that same game.

What an amazing AFC Championship (2012) game – Brady surely didn't disappoint. The Patriots won 23-20.

3. When he led the Patriots to their first Super Bowl title in 2002.

A former sixth-round pick filled in for Bledsoe, and the rest was history.

4. This perfectly placed touchdown pass from Brady to Julian Edelman.

5. Brady's game-winning touchdown pass to Kenbrell Tompkins against the Saints.

The Patriots, thanks to Brady, were able to pull off a last minute "miracle" win against the Saints. The final score was 30-27, and this was the final winning touchdown of the game.
Here's a GIF of Rob Ryan's reaction to the play:

Need I say more?

6. His 99 yard pass to Wes Welker.

Yes. Ninety-nine yards.

7. When he avoided being sacked by Oakland in the fourth quarter.

I like to imagine him saying, "Haha, you thought!" Brady was able to avoid the sack, and complete the pass for a first down.

8. Brady's touchdown against the Raiders in infamous 'tuck rule' playoff game.

After not one, but two fakes, Brady ran right into the in-zone. As controversial as the game may be, we cannot deny that this particular play was beautiful on Brady's end. The Patriots won in OT 16-13, and then went on to win their first Super Bowl.

9. Brady's near-perfect touchdown pass to Edelman.

In the 2015 Super Bowl against the Seahawks, Brady completed this near-perfect pass to Edelman in the fourth quarter of the game.

10. This flawless touchdown pass from Brady to Brian Tyms.

Two years ago, in week 6, Brady proved himself once again in a game against the Bills (not that anyone was really surprised).

11. The beautiful, one-handed Randy Moss catch from, of course, Tom Brady.

12. That one time he juked Brian Urlacher...

A quarterback juking a defensive player of the year? A linebacker who was in eight pro-bowls? That's something only Brady could do.

13. Another beautiful pass from Brady to Tompkins in a game against the Falcons.

14. Brady's 49-yard touchdown pass to Shane Vereen against the Jets.

This was the first score of the game against New York, and happened within the first few minutes. Brady has always been a show off, but who can blame him?

15. When Brady and the Patriots scored 5 touchdowns in 1 quarter.

Five touchdowns in one game is impressive, but in one quarter? That's impeccable. In 2009, the Patriots hosted the Titans, and well...pretty much swept the ground with them.

16. When Brady caught that pass from Danny Amendola in a game against the Eagles.

The game was otherwise disappointing for Patriots fans, but with this play, Brady reminded us he does so much more than just throw a ball.

17. Brady's second encounter with Peyton Manning.

Brady and the Patriots beat Manning and his Colts in their first encounter, but it could be easily argued that his defense carried him through it. The second meeting, however, was one for the books. Brady completed 16-of-20 passes for 202 yards, three touchdowns, no interceptions, and his quarterback rating was 148.3. This is even more impressive if you remember that this was only his fourth game as starting quarterback.

For those long nights that turn into mornings when the struggle is real.

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate

"A Christmas Story" is the star on top of the tree.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate
Mental Floss

One staple of the Christmas season is sitting around the television watching a Christmas movie with family and friends. But of the seemingly hundreds of movies, which one is the star on the tree? Some share stories of Santa to children ("Santa Claus Is Coming to Town"), others want to spread the Christmas joy to adults ("It's a Wonderful Life"), and a select few are made to get laughs ("Elf"). All good movies, but merely ornaments on the Christmas tree of the best movies. What tops the tree is a movie that bridges the gap between these three movies, and makes it a great watch for anyone who chooses to watch it. Enter the timeless Christmas classic, "A Christmas Story." Created in 1983, this movie holds the tradition of capturing both young and old eyes for 24 straight hours on its Christmas Day marathon. It gets the most coverage out of all holiday movies, but the sheer amount of times it's on television does not make it the greatest. Why is it,
then? A Christmas Story does not try to tell the tale of a Christmas miracle or use Christmas magic to move the story. What it does do though is tell the real story of Christmas. It is relatable and brings out the unmatched excitement of children on Christmas in everyone who watches. Every one becomes a child again when they watch "A Christmas Story."
