Since the single "Formation" dropped the day before the Superbowl in February, the world has been preparing for another Beyonce tour. The Formation World Tour, currently making its way through the U.S., has literally made a huge splash in all of the cities that its visited, proving Beyonce's irrefutable ability to slay. Whether or not you've already seen the tour, you're holding onto your tickets for dear life, or you saw the tour through someone else's Snapchat, you know that the Formation World Tour is probably the most entertaining event that you could see this summer. In case you missed it or want to re-live it, here are the moments Beyonce slayed and caused her entire Bey-hive to get in formation:
1. Opening with the song "Formation."
There was no better or more flawless way to open the concert. In the dark. With fire. And hot sauce in her bag. As soon as you heard those initial notes in the dark stadium, you knew the night was going to be fire.
2. When she ran the world.
And made it look easy, to be honest. Once again, there was fire.
3. When she literally walked on water.
She's one of the few artists who could actually ask for a pool in all of the venues and actually get her wish.
4. When she made going barefoot seem classy.Sure, she needed bare feet for the pool; but she just continued to walk around on the stage without shoes and made it not only acceptable, but encouraged.
5. And "Freedom" happened while her back-up dancers were splashing that water around.
"Countdown" and "Survivor" were also two big pool hits, but the water probably had the biggest impact during this "Lemonade" number.
6. The fact that she sang "Survivor" and used mixes of "Bootylicious" and "Independent Woman."
Anything Destiny's Child is usually magic, though. I'm just upset that "Say My Name" was nowhere to be found, but there's always next time.
7. Her tribute to Prince.
Prince and Beyonce actually sang "Purple Rain" together in 2004, so the tribute was fitting as well as touching from one iconic artist to another.
8. She picked the perfect songs from "Lemonade" to include.
Although "Lemonade" itself was a mix of all different styles and paces, Bey picked just the right combinations of songs to keep the audience moving while showing the album's diversity. Also, the concert itself was a good mix between new hits and old favorites.
9. She brought back older, lesser-known favorites as well.
"Diva" and "Ring The Alarm?" Yes.
10. When she somehow made an all-latex outfit something that you wanted.
Even though you knew that you could never get away with it.
11. And honestly she looked better at age 34 after having a child than you ever have or will in your entire life.
12. Then she showed clips of little Bey that melted everyone's collective heart.
Little 16-year-old Bey had a big accent and even bigger dreams (and a refreshing message about loving God).
13. And clips of Blue and the rest of the family.
14. Then she ended with "Halo," everyone's favorite middle school slow dance song.
The show was so good that you almost forgave her for not having an encore. Almost.
