Mom and Dad,

I cannot believe this next weekend is Family Weekend. I am beyond excited to show you all around Waco; which you probably know a lot about it, given you were both alumni yourself. I am so excited to take you to places you have been to before and places you had no clue existed. From going to church to the Farmer's Market, to Cafe Cappuccino and everything else in between.

I also wanted to tell you that we are doing pretty good here in Waco Town. I am meeting more people everyday and loving every moment of being able to be called a Baylor student. **From late nights at Moody to going to Common Grounds, Heritage and Dichotomy, to studying at the BSB to Memorial sandwiches everyday to walking around on campus and seeing the beauty that is Baylor's campus.**

Everything has been going well here and I am surviving college. I have officially been to the grocery store & Target multiple times, beaten a cold, and managed crazy schedules within the first weeks of school already. It is definitely weird not seeing you both all time, but rest assured, all freshmen are excited for this weekend to show you what we have been doing these last few weeks and how we have managed to succeed.
