The most stereotypical time has finally arrived for many universities and high schools around the country: homecoming. This is the time when the entire school groups together to form a pep rally, a parade, and of course the chance to vote for the girl who will claim the ever famous title of "Homecoming Queen." As a member of Zeta Tau Alpha and as a student at Mississippi State University, I just wanted to encourage those of you who attend this great university why this awesome person should represent us as homecoming queen.
1. She is the most genuine and wholesome person I have ever met.
Molly seriously becomes friends with anyone she speaks to. She has such an open personality and she is so welcoming that anyone can easily get along with her.
2. She is a hero and an inspiration.
As Zeta Tau Alphas, we Think Pink as a part of our philanthropy, which is breast cancer education and awareness. Molly is a survivor, along with her mother, and her story is truly inspirational and provides hope. She can conquer anything that comes her way.
3. She has already represented this university and Mississippi so well.
As second runner-up in this year's Miss Mississippi pageant, as winning the crown at the Miss Maroon and White pageant, and as taking the title of Miss Mississippi State University, Molly has already put her name and face out there as a good representation of this school.
4. She is so involved with the organizations on campus and truly cares about it.
I have never heard someone speak with such love and passion for Mississippi State as I have heard Molly. She everything does with a full heart and without any doubts.
5. Dak Prescott said to vote Molly May, so you should vote Molly May.
I think this one speaks for itself. When Mississippi State's recent pride and joy and upcoming Dallas Cowboy's quarterback tells you to vote Molly, obviously you vote Molly.
I fully stand behind Molly May. Not because she is my friend, and not because she is from my same sorority, but because she is truly deserving and I could not think of anyone who deserves it more. Vote Molly May on October 18th!
