With only days until Christmas, no one wants to still be out running around looking for gifts.

With Christmas only days away, and with finals coming to an end, it's time to being the scramble of picking up last minute Christmas gifts. Here are some ideas to help make the process a little less stressful!

1) Grab some gift cards. Gift cards are a go to for even the hardest person to get a gift for! You can get a gift card to their favorite restaurant, store, or coffee shop.

2) Basket of candy and a holiday movie. Who doesn't love receiving candy as a gift? Plus a holiday movie to go with it? You can't go wrong with this one.

3) Cold hard cash. If you are out of ideas when it comes to gift cards, or you just really don't feel like doing anymore running around, cash is always an option that never fails. The recipient can spend the money on whatever they want!


4) Movie tickets. Everyone gets excited over a particular movie coming out. What's better when you don't even have to pay for the ticket? Along with the movie tickets, you could throw in some candy for them to sneak in.


5) Hand lotion set. No girl can ever have too many lotions. Plus, winter leaves everyone with dry, cracked hands, so this gift is perfect for winter time.


6) Gas card. WHO DOESN'T LOVE FREE GAS!!!!!! Great gift for honestly anyone who drives.


7) New phone case. The newest fad seems to be who has the coolest phone case. Find out what phone your recipient has and you're golden.


8. Big, cozy blanket. With the winter really starting to hit full force, a blanket is a perfect last minute gift. You can find blankets at just about any store. Plus, one can never have too many blankets!


9) An adult coloring book and colored pencils. This latest trend is guaranteed to make anyone smile. There are ao many versions of adult coloring books to choose from.


10) A handmade coupon book. Guaranteed to make moms to boyfriends smile. Fill the book with coupons for you to clean a room of their choice, a night out on you, ect. The possibilities are endless with this idea.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.
