20 Things "Step Brothers" Taught Us

Admit it, "Step Brothers" is one of the greatest and funniest movies you've ever watched. I recently watched this movie for what I believe to be the 16th time; it still had me laughing uncontrollably! I decided to watch and listen very closely to the movie and I picked up on a few lessons that these two goofballs taught me.

1. First impressions are everything.

2. Don't mess with a man during Shark Week.

3. You have as much control over your parents' future as they do of yours.

4. You have to get excited about the little things when you're an adult.

5. Sometimes we don't get what we want no matter how many times we ask.

6. Don't build things on your own. It will break and there will be blood everywhere.

7. You never know when you're going to make a new best friend.

8. It's important to find a neighborhood that recycles.

9. Handshakes are hard.

10. Check your clothes before you put them on to make sure they aren't dirty.

11. Sometimes you just need to claim what's yours.

12. It's important to blow off some steam.

13. Random noises can go a long way.

14. Make sure to keep your imagination intact even when you get older!

15. Please don't wake up sleepwalkers. You will be sorry that you did.

16. Do yourself a favor and go to a Catalina Wine Mixer. It will be one of the greatest experiences of your life.

17. Some toys should only be made for adults.

18. We all handle stress in different ways.

19. Sometimes we say things we don't entirely mean.

20. And lastly, when you have your best friend by your side, anything is possible.

Sit down with some friends, make some popcorn, and watch this hilarious movie! And, if you're up for it, try to find some key lessons along the way.

Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
