It isn't just the Millennials. What do I mean when I say it isn't just Millennials? I mean that we aren't the only ones who are struggling to do better and be better. It is people of all ages who don't have a clue what it means to be an adult. I think the more I realize we are all learning constantly the more comfortable I become with the fact that I am still learning. I have had conversations with many adults and asked each of them, "how the heck am I supposed to know if I am being an adult correctly," and the answer I always get is, "you don't." I can only imagine how much stress would be avoided if young people only knew, adults don't know what they are doing either. It is almost laughable, really. In reality, we are all only faking and people take our faking for knowledge and experience. With that knowledge alone the possibilities become endless. We can do anything and everything. Millennials and adults alike can become famous just by pretending. I think I have a list of things I want to do just from the knowledge that I don't have to have my life together in order to do them. Take this a step further and I realized that maybe doing all those things I have been wanting to do will be what it takes to get my life together. Mind blown. So here is a list of things that I want to do with my new knowledge:

Go jump out of perfectly good airplane (skydiving)

Learn a foreign language fluently (preferably a Romance language)

Start my own business (who knows what it will be about, but we shall see)

Finish writing my books (I have started three and haven't finished any)

Travel the world (sell almost everything I own and just go)

Finish what I start (no need to fear failing when we are all just learning)

Meet new people and befriend them (no better way to learn than to meet new people)

Climb one of the tallest mountains on earth (gotta train for that, but I will do it)

Take a cooking class (I cook, but I would love to cook better)

Learn to learn (don't be so full of myself I am unwilling to learn)

Love without regret (no need to explain)

Draw people closer to Christ (how can I go wrong with that)

Give to as many people as I can (whether that be time or money)

Continue adding to my list (it should be never ending)

To be human is to always be learning and discovering new things. Mistakes will happen; in fact, it is good to make mistakes. If no one has it together there is nothing to worry about. No expectations. Without expectations the only thing that can happen is growth. You see in the end, we are all the same, adults are no different than us. Learning constantly. I know what I plan to do with this new knowledge. What will you do?

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

As an English Major in college, I have a lot of writing and especially creative writing pieces that I work on throughout the semester and sometimes, I'll find it hard to get the motivation to type a few pages and the thought process that goes behind it. These are eleven thoughts that I have as a writer while writing my stories.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
