Here's a funny story: Midterms.
One of my friends from high school actually asked me how midterms were going a week and a half ago. I replied almost nonchalantly that midterms were so long away and I didn't have midterms in many of my classes. What I didn't realize was that midterms were actually closer than they seemed and although I am blessed with only one real class with a midterm. The other is badminton, which I actually JUST realized at this very moment has an exceptionally difficult written midterm. That class is Art, which I am currently dying in.
Art may seem like a very easy and simple class, but when you have to memorize what a painting looks like as well as the artist's name, date it was made, type of paint, medium on which it was painted on, and the intrinsic meaning of the work of art, Art class seems to be much more difficult. More difficult than Biology, it seems.
Badminton is another interesting course to get a midterm in. There's a million hits to define and what they're used for, as well as knowing all the boundaries and their names, not to mention an athletic portion where you are tested over the skills that you learn in badminton. I dismissed badminton as an easy class (just like I did with Art History), but both classes seem to be kicking me in the ass.
Oh, shit. I just remembered that I have an Economics midterm too.
So it seems that I only have one class that doesn't have a midterm-Biology.
What a great time to be alive. I'm so excited for my future.
