Memories

Can they be Forced or does it take care to Enjoy them?

Memories are pieces of a person and can be forgotten or forcibly erased but this depends on if the person finds those specific memories enjoyable, a comfort and an experience that benefits them in the long-run, short-run, and at any time. All people can produce memories and they can happen at any time but it’s the nature of tacking on a name to the product of varying emotions that makes them special. What would you do if your memories were deliberately placed inside of you and they were yours but simultaneously not yours at the same time? Memories that you remember as if you were there but the people within them are not ones that you are aware of or recognize in a sense but you do know of those people. How would the reaction(s) of the people involved and you yourself be? False memories could potentially be better than the original memories that you have but it would be a deceitful life for the person itself and feel as if their whole life was all for nothing and incomplete. The branding and inscribing of thoughts that essentially makes a person unique from another. Different people can share the same emotions and feelings but the reactions from the experiences will be regarded in more diverse lights some more positive and others in a more negative sense then the rest are a merging and meshing of experiences. Memories are the things people look back to or reflect usually to symbolize or direct the way that their life has been or make comparisons to the way it is currently to how it was in the past. Memories are not stagnant things they can forever be chaging based on the feelings felt towards them and also be created with time as it passes by. Memories are connections with others and branches that can be seperated by major events and smaller channels in between, this makes memories uniwue akin to a snowflake and different for each person.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
