This year I'm thankful for a few people and things. The person I am the most thankful for is my mom. My mom is the most hard-working person I've ever met. She's only ever taught me how to be strong and to do my best. Next, I'm thankful the rest of my family: my brothers, stepdad and grandparents. They give me nothing but unconditional love and support especially in this first semester of university life and the adjustment of being a sun devil. Lastly, I'm thankful for my friends. My best friend has given me all the encouragement and love I've needed to get through this semester. My group of friends are all great people and

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here.
