This week, "TODAY The Today Show" anchor Matt Lauer was fired from NBC due to reports of sexual harassment in the workplace. Co-anchors Samantha Guthrie and Hoda Kotb reacted live on the show, heartbroken over the situation. However, for anyone who has watched some of Lauer's previous interviews and reported actions on set, the firing is really a surprise to no one.

First, let's take a look at two interviews that have gone viral lately due to Lauer's firing. In 2009, Lauer interviewed acclaimed actress Sandra Bullock. Bullock was promoting The Proposal on the show when Lauer states; "The major thing that’s changed since I’ve seen you last: I have seen you naked." Bullock laughs and responds, "And I’m so sorry about that. Were you able to sleep afterwards?” Then Lauer makes a very creepy joke, saying that her naked pic was now his screensaver.

The second interview is from 2011, where Lauer was interviewing another acclaimed actress, Anne Hathaway. A couple of days before her scheduled interview to promote Les Miserables, Hathaway accidentally flashed photographers when getting out of a car. During the interview, Lauer had this to say; "Good morning. Nice to see you. Seen a lot of you lately." He decides to grill her over this incident, which was clearly an accident, and Hathaway remains professional throughout the interview. Lauer, however, does not.

There have also been multiple allegations in the workplace, however, one thing is for certain; Matt Lauer should have been fired a while ago. These allegations and creepy comments toward women show that Lauer's behavior is unacceptable. The TODAY anchors reacted in shock over the firing- however it was necessary and really not a surprise at all.

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
