Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas Is You" is the classic Christmas carol that keeps on giving. After its release in 1994, it has returned to Number 1 in the United States and has finally reached Number 1 in the U.K. However, "All I Want For Christmas Is You" is not Mariah's only Christmas song that deserves praise. She has three albums full of Christmas songs to make the season bright. Here are seven of her underrated carols to celebrate with this season.

1. Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)

Although "Christmas" peaked at #20 on the Billboard Global 100, it's still underrated. Mariah flexes her vocal prominence in this emotional and powerful classic.

2. Joy to the World

Mariah Carey's version of "Joy to the World" deserves more recognition because it is upbeat and spunky. I dare you to play this song and try not to dance.

3. Jesus, Oh What a Wonderful Child

"Jesus, Oh What a Wonderful Child" is a lesser known song from Mariah's first album because it isn't pop or R&B-- it's gospel. Gospel songs typically give singers room to belt out their most impressive notes, and Mariah does exactly that on this song.

4. Oh Santa!

"Oh Santa!" has recently been remixed with Jennifer Hudson and Ariana Grande, but before it was still an awesome song. It's light, fun, and brings back the Christmas joy that we all felt as kids.

5. When Christmas Comes

"When Christmas Comes" features fellow R&B superstar John Legend. The two sound amazing together on this sultry carol.

6. Here Comes Santa Claus

Produced by music mogul Jermaine Dupri, Mariah gives this classic a hip-hop inspired twist.

7. God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen

This 1-minute track proves good things come in small packages. Mariah shows off her vocal ability in this soulful, a capella reimagining of the carol.

8. O Holy Night

Mariah's rendition of "O Holy Night" is just beautiful. The way she sang is nearly impossible to imitate.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
