Why Margaritas Are The Best Alcoholic Beverage

Why can you never go wrong with a margarita?

…because margaritas are bae

We all have a go-to drink. I will not lie, my go-to drink in college happened to be a whiskey sour, which then evolved into mojitos and a glass of red wine. For some people, it’s a vodka red bull. For others, they still with the rum in coke.

But despite these simple drinks that can be found in any bar, I always found my eyes follow the words “margarita” on a menu. Margaritas are probably my favorite type of alcoholic beverage on the market. So to celebrate my favorite drink, I’ve decided to compile a short list of why margaritas make the work go round.

1.They are HELLAAA good!

They aren’t too sweet and they aren’t too sour! If you don’t like an ice cold beer and want to feel like you’re on a beach, a margarita has the power to make your taste buds feel invincible.

2. They are a flexible drink.

Margaritas can come on the rocks or frozen. If you’re feeling a little classy and are at a night bar, on the rocks will make you blend in with the crowd. However, if you want to feel like you’re on the beach or want something more fun, a frozen margarita might be your best friend.

3. There are so many flavors!

A Mango margarita was the first margarita I ever drank. But they come in so many flavors, you are bound to find one in your favorite fruit.

4. You can chose a rim.

Typically, you would drink margaritas with a salt rim. But if you feel like changing it up, put sugar on the rim!

5. Everyone will drink it.

Please, name someone who hates this amazing drink.

6 Signs You Are An English Major

There are various stereotypes about college students, most of which revolve around the concept of your major. Unfortunately, we often let stereotypes precede our own judgments, and we take what information is immediately available to us rather than forming our own opinions after considerable reflection. If I got a dollar for every time my friends have made a joke about my major I could pay my tuition. One stereotype on campus is the sensitive, overly critical and rigid English major. Here are six telltale signs you are one of them.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

Being pre-med is quite a journey. It’s not easy juggling school work, extracurricular activities, volunteering, shadowing, research, and MCAT prep all at the same time. High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
