To The Man Who Will One Day Be Able To Keep Up With Me,

Sometimes this world can seem boring, maybe you feel that same way. It is not that there is nothing todo out there because there is, it is that people are not as excited as I am about what is out there. I know there is a guy out there who wants to explore as much as I do.

You will find out I am a very spontaneous person, but I also like to make plans. I am sure people will tell you that I am crazy or wild, honestly I don't even want to know what they say about my lifestyle. You can decide what you think of me, I hope you will decide to stick around and keep up with me. You will also find out I am not much for sitting around watching Netflix, but have no fear I am also not one for fancy dinner dates all the time. I like to adventure. Whether that means going on drives to see where the road takes us or waking up at the crack of dawn to go on a mountain adventure. I know we will have some great times.

My forever man, where ever you are, I hope you are out there. I think about you a lot, but one thing you should know is the bar is set high. I need a partner in crime. Anyone can love me, but I need someone to love me in the way I receive love. I could be content and pretend with anyone, but I will not feel loved unless you have a wild side. If you are out there trying to impress me I hope you to know I am not like a normal girl.

I want to go for a drive or hiking, instead of going to a sit down dinner date. I want grab your skis surprises, not put on a dress we are going to dinner surprises. I want to be wild with you and the standards will be set high, but I will know when you are the one when you meet them. I will love you forever because you were made for me and I was made for you.

I have crazy plans up both of my sleeves. Sometimes there will be ideas that you really question and I hope you give them a chance. I know we will find ourselves in the most random places, but I hope we will make the best of it. In between all our adventures I know we will share lots of laughs between the two of us.

I hope to find you and one day explore the world with you. I want to spend the rest of my life with an adventurous person like myself. Until our paths cross, just know I am adventuring on my own and finding myself and I hope you are too.

Love,

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
