For the past few years, memes have been ruling social media. In the last month of 2016, if we can agree on anything, it’s probably the fact that this year was indeed the year of the meme. Here are a few my favorite memes from the past year that will keep us laughing into 2017.

1. Arthur’s fist - for when you don't get your way.

2. D.W. at the fence - for when you're left out.

3. Confused math lady - for when you put the puzzle pieces together.

4. Confused Mr. Krabs - for when you literally have no clue what's going on.


5. Dramatic entrance gif - for your revival.

6. Conceited - for when you think it's all under control but then...


7. Gavin - for when... well you get the idea.

8. Harambe - may he rest in peace.

9. Exploding kid - for when you're almost at your breaking point.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here. Around the town, there are some just some landmarks and places that only the people of Hauppauge will ever understand the importance or even the annoyance of.
