Makeup Is Like An Art Form And You Need These 5 Makeup Items This Summer

Anyone who knows me knows that I love makeup more than anything. I think it's so much fun to do and it's like an art form to me, even if I'm not nearly as good at it as I think I am. I've come across a few items, though, that I think I should share with others that have helped me get through the summer. From one make-up hoarder to another, here are some products you need to have this summer!

1. KUSH High Volume Mascara — MILK Makeup

I know you probably saw the name and are thinking “Kush? As in weed?" You're absolutely right. MILK Makeup has released a line of products that were created by using cannabis oil. The oil is apparently very good for conditioning hair and keeping lashes long. It's my personal favorite mascara to date! Sorry, Roller Lash!

SEPHORA released their line of satin, cream, matte, and metallic lipsticks at the beginning of the summer and I haven't seen them fully stocked on the shelves since! These little bottles of pure amazing product are based on different stories and experiences in life. They're all so creamy and luscious that I have like 8 of them! For $8, you can never go wrong!

3. Liquid Matte Lipstick — Huda Beauty

I always thought the hype for this lipstick was over the top, but I was so wrong. The lipsticks are a little watery when you put them on for the first time, but they dry so nicely that you just want to keep applying!

4. All Nighter Waterproof Full-Coverage Concealer — Urban Decay

This thing stays on forever! It's very dry down, so you have to make sure you're blending right away, but I love it! Dark circles? Never heard of her!

5. Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Foundation — Fenty Beauty

Rihanna's name has been everywhere lately! She really started raking in the dough with her new makeup line and I'm sure you've heard about her fantastic foundations? I swear by it! I love this foundation because it's lightweight and you'd never know you were wearing it!

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area.
