When it comes to makeup, I've tried it all (from drugstore brands to fancy custom formulas that cost an arm and a leg). Though high-end makeup gurus might claim that their products are better quality, the cosmetics industry has truly stepped up their game with their drugstore brands - giving larger brands a run for their money! Here are some of my personal favorites I find myself always reaching for, 100% guaranteed to give you high-end results, but at a fraction of the cost.

NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream, $3.29

One of my friends recommended the NYX soft matte lip cream collection to me and I can't get enough of them! The formula is lightweight and creamy, yet very durable and food-proof. The range comes in every shade you could possibly imagine, and they even smell sweet too!

L'Oréal Voluminous Lash Paradise, $7.99

For dramatic lashes that won't break the bank! This is the perfect dupe for Benefit's Better Than Sex mascara (they even nailed the packaging too!)

Milani Baked Blush, $6.99

Richly pigmented and highly buildable, this blush adds the perfect amount of sheen for that soft and healthy glow. My favorite shade is Luminosco (I reach for it before my NARS!)

Mario Badescu Rose Face Mist, $7

So you didn't go to Greece this summer, but that doesn't mean you can't fake it! Enriched with nourishing vitamins and antioxidants, this refreshing mist does everything from setting your makeup in the morning to toning your skin at night.
