Ingredients:
1 can pureed pumpkin
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
14 oz condensed milk
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
pie crust
circle cookie cutter
muffin tin
Whipped cream (optional)
mix pumpkin and spice!
add milk, salt, and eggs. Mix!
Step three:
Cut out pie crust with cookie cutter.
Spray muffin tin. Put Crust in muffin tin. Put mixture in.
Step five:
Bake 425 for 15 minutes.
Step six:
Lower to 350 for 20-25 minutes
Step seven:
Let sit for 5 minutes. Top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
