How to Make Confetti Fudge Bites

How to Make Confetti Fudge Bites

Is there a party coming up in your life? Spice things up with this simple recipe for confetti fudge bites that not only are good but are colorful and appealing to look at! These confetti fudge bites only take a little over 2 hours to make! Quick and easy for everyone to enjoy.

You will need:

  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. multi-colored sprinkles (or which ever kind you want)

Directions

1. Line a 8-inch square pan with foil have the ends of foil extending over the sides.

2. Microwave chocolate, butter and water in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted.

3. Add dry pudding mix; stir with whisk for 2 minutes.

4. Add powdered sugar (1 cup at a time) stirring after each addition until blended.

5. Stir in 1/4 cup sprinkles; press them onto bottom of prepared pan. Top the fudge with the remaining sprinkles.

6. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm and your are done!
