Dreamscaperers is possibly one of the most iconic Gravity Falls episodes, in that it was the catalyst for the far more serialized half of the show. And yes, the series did get darker from there, but for the most part Mabel's bubbliness remained a constant.
This week: The Sunset
Since this look requires a few bold lip colors, I understand that not everyone's going to have everything necessary. Although I mostly used Sephora lipsticks, you can get colorful liquid lipsticks for cheap from ColourPop or Nyx.
1. Apply the background shades.
After lining your lips with a nude pencil, apply a bright pink shade to the upper lip and a similar pink/purple shade to the bottom. Try not to mix them too much - if you're using liquid lipstick, wait for the upper lip to dry before doing the bottom lip. If you're using regular solid lipstick, try setting it with translucent powder before going to the next color.
2. Draw the sunset.
Use a yellow or gold lipstick or lipliner to draw a semicircle on the upper lip. Clean up the edges with a Q-tip or a lip brush if necessary.
On the bottom lip, draw the sun's reflection with a peach/orange lipstick in an upside-down triangle shape, making ripples in the sides with a lip brush.
If you get lipstick over the line, clean it up with a tissue or foundation on a lip brush.
