Everyone has insecurities, even the people we perceive to be perfect or confident in who they are. Being aware of this fact makes it easier for us to handle our own insecurities. It shows us that no matter what we look like, there is always going to be something we don't like about ourselves, and that is okay.
To love yourself and your body, it is not necessary to like every single aspect of it. However, it is important to accept who you are. There are things we cannot change and it is important to recognize that and deal with it. If there is no way to change something, why bother worrying about it or what other people think about it? People do and will like you regardless of this quality, so you should like yourself regardless, too. Life is short and you might as well spent the time you have trying to focus on the positives.
Moreover, if there are things you can change about yourself, do it. You have to live with yourself for the rest of your life and you should want to live with the best version of yourself. I am not saying that change is necessary, but if the change will make you a happier person, then it is worth it. If you want to be kinder, there's no point in sulking about how awful you think you are. Instead, you should actively try to improve yourself. Whether it is your body, your personality, or just your lifestyle, you do have some control and you should take advantage of it. Becoming and feeling like the person you want to be is much more important than just looking like that person.
Lastly, I want to say that I understand that none of this is easy. It will take time and effort in order for you to change your opinion of yourself. For the things you can't control, you will have to ease yourself into accepting. You are the most important person in your life — you should try to like that person.
