You Are Loved

With all the craziness that has happened during this election season, everyone is reeling with emotions. Happiness, sadness, fear, anxiety, hopelessness, the list goes on. After this whole crazy ordeal, there is one thing that everyone needs to know.

You are loved.

If you're part of the LGBTQ community, you are loved.

Females, you are loved.

African-Americans, you are loved.

Muslims, you are loved.

Every other group that feels scared or threatened in some way at the end of this election, you are loved.

You all need to know that you are loved and there is hope. Our society will change for the better. Maybe not tomorrow maybe not next week, no one knows how long it will take. But I promise you that things will get better. Don't be afraid to reach out for help, there are so many people ready and willing to help you regardless of who you are. During this time we all need to come together to create change. We will change this situation around and we will create a better future for ourselves. People's minds will change eventually when they see the error of their ways.

For those of you who are feeling hopeless and thinking it would be better to leave this world. Let me tell you that there is help. There is free non judgmental help. Please call these lifelines before you take any drastic actions.
