Your Soulmate And The Love Of Your Life Are, Surprisingly, Two  Different People

One will stay in your life, the other only in your heart.

One day someone will come into your life and you won't remember how you lived without them.

You will finally understand why it never worked out with anyone else. You won't be able to explain it, but this person will take you to a place no one else can. In your lifetime, there will be two different people coming into your heart like that — the love of your life and your soulmate.

Even though you might think they are the same, the reality is they are completely different.

The love of your life will be the one who comes into your heart unannounced, and they will invade all your thoughts, your emotions, your wishes, and all your senses. You will love them like you never loved before, and after them, you will never love the same again. This love will determine a before and after in your life. The relationship will end because one of you will have suffered enough, and both of you will continue your lives separately. Yet, you will always have each other in your hearts because the love you both share will be the purest love that either of you will ever experience.

Later, your soulmate will come into your life. They will heal all the wounds that the love of your life left behind.

Your soulmate is the one who will make you believe in love again, the one who will show you where your heart is. With time, they will earn your trust and will help you move forward. Your soulmate will be the person you always imagined and wished for. You won't think or wonder if they are the one. They will be the last person you think of at night, the one you want to share all your achievements with, the one who will lift you up when you're down, and the one you can't live without. They will be your life companion, your rock, your destiny, the one you will love forever.

These two people will define vastly different parts of your life — one will stay in your heart, the other in your life.

A legend says we are all born with a red thread invisibly tied to the person we will love forever. It doesn't matter the time, the place, or the circumstances. This thread will stretch, shrink, and tangle, but it will never break.

My question is, who do you think holds this string — the love of your life or your soulmate?

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
