11 Reasons To Support Love Your Melon

Recently, a group of girls and myself started a Love Your Melon Campus Crew and I have never been more proud of everything we have accomplished. Starting up is not easy, but when you are so passionate about something the hard work really pays off. Here are some reasons why you should support Love Your Melon or even start your own crew!!

1. The products are super cute!

In the winter, they mainly sell beanies and I am obsessed with them. Now the spring line has been released and they have shirts, baseball hats, and mugs! They also sell scarves.

2. The money goes towards childhood cancer research and supporting the families.

3. After a certain number of purchases, campus crews are able to go visit children who have cancer and their families.

We are able to spend the day with a child, give them hats, and distract them!

4. It is a great experience and something everyone should be proud of.

5. You make a great group of friends.

I am happy to call all 19 other members my friends!

6. Starting up a crew helps you become part of a great cause .

7. It is a great way to be involved.

You make so many new friends, represent a great company and a great cause, and get rewards along the way!

8. By starting a crew you can accomplish so much for the cause.

It gives you the opportunity to raise so much money for something so great. Just by sharing a post about a product release can help you get so many sales.

9. For every number of products sold, campus crews get credits which help supports the children.

For each credit level, the crews are able to give back in some way. Either through the Ronald McDonald House or just by having their own household visits or donation events.

10. Starting up a crew allows more people to join and leaves behind something great after you graduate!

11. Spread the word! FTK

Social media is a great way to spread the word around ! Let's share this article and raise awareness for the cause. I know that childhood cancer is not the only disease that needs research, if you know of any other great brands that do great things just like this one please feel free to message me!

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!

There is nothing quite like family.

Family is kinda like that one ex that you always find yourself running back to (except without all the regret and the angsty breakup texts that come along with it).

No matter how long your class is, there's always time for the mind to wander. Much like taking a shower or trying to fall asleep, sitting in a classroom can be a time when you get some of your best ideas. But, more than likely, you're probably just trying to mentally cope with listening to a boring lecturer drone on and on. Perhaps some of the following Aristotle-esque thoughts have popped into your head during class.

Bob's Burgers
Adult Swim

Bob's Burgers is arguably one of the best and most well-written shows on tv today. That, and it's just plain hilarious. From Louise's crazy antics to Tina's deadpan self-confidence, whether they are planning ways to take over school or craft better burgers, the Belchers know how to have fun. They may not be anywhere close to organized or put together, but they do offer up some wise words once and awhile.

We're in college, none of us actually have anything together. In fact, not having anything together is one of our biggest stressors. However, there's a few little things that we do ever so often that actually make us feel like we have our lives together.

1. Making yourself dinner

And no this does not include ramen or Annie's Mac & Cheese. Making a decent meal for yourself is one of the most adult things you can do living on campus. And the food is much better than it would be at the dining hall.
