Why should I fall in love with him again?

This is a question that many girls have in their heads these days. But really, why should you? Or a different question should be, what is holding you back?

He is always there for you. He never leaves you. He always knows what is right for you. Your parents, friends, and the world all love him. He is a model man for your life. He gives you everything you could ask for. So what's the big deal? What's holding you back?

But first, who is this perfect man? You guessed right (I hope)! It's Jesus.

In today's world, people are saying that people are turning away from the church. While the truth behind that I'm not sure of, I believe the opposite.

With all the chaos in this world, I believe that now more than ever before Jesus is extending his arms to come join him or fall in love with him. Not in a romantic way. But like the way people fall in love with food.

I love me some steak and Jesus.

"But I don't feel worthy enough for Jesus," or "I'm too much of a sinner." These things (oddly) are what appeal to Jesus. He wants you to seek him to be mended. You ARE worthy of his love. I'm not calling myself a saint or saying I have the perfect relationship with Jesus. In college, it's hard. There are some weekends I couldn't find the time to go to church, but granted I didn't try to burden myself. But even Pope Francis said, "I am a sinner."

The good news is: Jesus is always there and is constantly wanting you to come to him. He isn't that man that BEGS for attention. He's the guy that you might not see or talk to all the time but he is always a good time and makes you feel good.

Just like the Bible says in Revelation 3:20, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me."

God is literally asking you to come and eat steak with him. All you have to do is open the door.

To always be that supportive friend, Jesus is always the answer. Fall in love with him again. Rekindle the love.

But, how do I do that?

Go to church. Read scriptures. Spend time just listening to him. Trust in God's Plan.

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jer 29:11

He just wants you to spend even just a few minutes of the day with him. That shows passion and love.

Plus, What other man do you know that will come and wash your feet before dinner? Let's be real, Jesus is what people say is, "the way, the truth, and the life." So give him a some lovins'

Bob's Burgers
Adult Swim

Bob's Burgers is arguably one of the best and most well-written shows on tv today. That, and it's just plain hilarious. From Louise's crazy antics to Tina's deadpan self-confidence, whether they are planning ways to take over school or craft better burgers, the Belchers know how to have fun. They may not be anywhere close to organized or put together, but they do offer up some wise words once and awhile.

We're in college, none of us actually have anything together. In fact, not having anything together is one of our biggest stressors. However, there's a few little things that we do ever so often that actually make us feel like we have our lives together.

1. Making yourself dinner

And no this does not include ramen or Annie's Mac & Cheese. Making a decent meal for yourself is one of the most adult things you can do living on campus. And the food is much better than it would be at the dining hall.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.
