1. The People

Everyone is nice to each other, contrary to the stereotypical belief that girls are catty. Sure, everyone gets that way sometimes, but most of the time we are actually nice to each other.

2. Girl Power

It's a real thing. Specifically at Saint Mary's we have a pretty strong buddy system, and no Belle gets left behind, duh!

3. The Adventures

Not only does Saint Mary's have an amazing community, but we also have plenty of chances to get away from campus. Studying abroad, road trips, class trips, we have it all!

4. No Boys

"Boys go to Jupiter to get more "stupider", girls go to college to get more knowledge"

Sometimes you just need a break from masculinity.

5. Girls Nights

Long day? Girls night. Bad grade? Girls night. Have a million things due tomorrow? Girls night. It's the solution to everything, and with your friends around 24/7 it's just so hard to avoid it.

6. No Sexism

You can't feel inferior to men on an all women's college, therefore your professors can't treat you like you're stupid because of it either.

7. You Know Everyone

Most all women's colleges are relatively small, so you get to know your classmates pretty well. You also know the names of the people you pass on the way to class. Yay for friendship .

8. People Are Open

No more having to be confidential about having terrible cramps, why you're in a bad mood, or needing a tampon right away. We've all been there girl, we've got you.

9. No Such Thing As A Mrs. Degree

Everyone is here for an education, not a Mrs. Degree. There are no guys around anyway, at Saint Mary's they're all across the street!

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
