Love is awkward, confusing but most of all it's absurd. For me, love isn't one feeling, more it is an amalgamation of polar opposites fighting for control of your actions. Love is wholly and utterly absurd, and translating love into words isn't any easier when language is just as absurd and deficient. So here's my attempt to explain my feelings toward no one in particular.
I don't come across pretty girls often
The way I look at you, you'd think I was stalking you
Excuse my look I don't mean to gawk at you
It's just that you're too beautiful
To me
And don't think for a second
That I haven't learned a lesson
From all the girls before
Who looked, and acted just like you
Don't mean to be rude
I'm just a passerby
And it happens that you caught my eye
So let me take a good look at you
Girl
I don't look for personality
Personally it's the looks that attract me
If you can look pass my superficiality
I think we can make a good couple
Just know wherever I go
From coast to coast
Trouble always follows me
And I'll be the villain if it needs to be that way
As long as you know you can always count on me
