Louise Belcher from Bob's Burgers is a tiny, smart-mouthed girl. She says it like it is. She has a sassy and sarcastic attitude. She loves weird stuffed animals. She loves boys bands, and sometimes pretends that she does not. She laughs when people get hurt, but would do anything for her family even while complaining about it. Here is why I am basically Louise:

1. Sass Factor

Louise says whatever is on her mind. Sarcasm is her game and she always wins. Both her and I tend to be sarcastic first and then think about it after. The shocked look on your face tends to overcome any thought or apprehension I may have had about consequence that comes from my sarcasm.

2. Honesty

I will tell you exactly what I think about you, and exactly what is on my mind just like Louise. I believe that brutal honesty is better than telling you a lie. I will be as honest with my friends as Louise is with Tina.

3. Innuendo Queen

Most of the time, I am a mature woman. The other times, I am a woman that makes a lot of bad sex jokes. I will stare at you after I said it, and then I will laugh at my own joke. Someone has to appreaciate my humor, and I bet that Louise would.

4. Hidden Crush Crazy

I do not like that person. Yeah, they're cute, but I am a strong woman and I don't need anybody. What boyband member? That's not a Harry Styles screen saver. What obsession with Grant Gustin? Or Emily Bett Rickards? I'm not obssessed, I just now how to appreciate.

5. Animal and Stuffed Animal Obsessed

Lola meet this minion, Minion meet Lola. Now go play. My dog cannot find anywhere to sleep on my bed that does not have a stuffed animal on it so she usually curls up on my stuffed Stitch. I am surrounded by my stuffed friends like Louise is with her Kuchi Kopi.

6. Tiny Ball of Fury

What did you say about me? I will take you down. I may be tiny; I may have been told that I look like an angry bunny when I get mad, but I will take you down. It's on like Donkey Kong. Try me. *Come at me finger motions*

7. Will Snap Under Pressure

Pressure? What Pressure? Did you say that my wok was piling up? There's a buildup of friendship drama? I'm fine. Just fine. I will get this done. It'll be handled. *Eye-twitch*

There are plenty of obstacles that come when taking care of kids, but it's a very rewarding experience.

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

There are a lot of really easy, common names in the U.S. and while many of those simple names have different spellings, most of the time, pronunciation is not an issue that those people need to worry about. However, others are not as fortunate and often times give up on corrections after a while. We usually give an A+ for effort. So, as you could probably imagine, there are a few struggles with having a name that isn’t technically English. Here are just a few…

Puerto Ricans. They are very proud people and whether they were born on the island or born in the United States by Puerto Rican parent(s). It gets even better when they meet another fellow Puerto Rican or Latino in general. You’ll know quickly if they are Puerto Rican whether the flag is printed somewhere on their person or whether they tell you or whether the famous phrase “wepa!” is said.
