Recently I have been in a funk. I just don't feel like myself anymore. I don't know what's wrong.
Maybe it's the stress of starting classes again after breaking. Maybe it's trying to work as much as I possibly can. Maybe it's taking on new roles in my sorority. Whatever it is, it bugs me. I get in these moods where I snap at people, I feel bad about myself and my appearance, I have no motivation. But the worst part is, I literally have no idea why I feel this way.
I think everyone goes through these funks where something just isn't right. It's hard. Its hard to figure yourself out and be introspective. It's hard to make yourself feel better again.
Somethings that I do include listening to music, taking hot baths, watching my favorite show, dressing nicer, eating healthier, or picking up an old hobby.
Maybe I will feel better if I just dance around my room for hours. Maybe then I will figure out my purpose and the big issue that's bothering me.
All that being said, stay strong. Know that everyone gets this way sometimes and its normal. Things change in your life and your feelings and emotions will change as well, but you just have to roll with the punches. You'll get back to the place you want to be, I promise. Don't let this feeling win.
