"I just might fuck around and drop this shit on 'em by surprise like I'm Beyoncé." That's a line from Logic's new surprise mixtape released on June 30, 2016. He took to Twitter to make the big announcement!

He worked on the 11-track tape while on his recent "The Incredible World Tour." According to Logic, the mixtape is simply for the fun of it and for his fans. It includes his recently released single, "Flexicution," a quick-beat, hype track. "Flexicution" meaning:

In the song, he makes reference to Indiana Jones books he's read since deciding to take a break from work for a week, to focus on his health because of his struggles with anxiety. While resting up and feeding his brain, he not only found a deep appreciation for reading and books, but for living in the moment. His wife also shares some of her vocals on the track.

This tape is a reflection of his life, love, and current state of mind in the hip-hop/rap game.

This is one of the two projects he was working on and mentioned in a Rolling Stone interview back in April, so another project is on its way! A date hasn't been released yet.
