When I got to college, I thought it would be a great idea to have a lofted bed! I get more space and can hang cute little lights under it! Having a lofted bed can be cool sometimes, but most of the time, it's a huge struggle.

1. It is so easy to fall off.

I flop around in my sleep a lot, so I knew this was going to be an issue. So far, I have successfully stayed on my bed, but I am waiting for that one night where my luck runs out. When that time comes, I will just accept my fate with a smile on my face...and a few broken bones.

2. Climbing onto bed after a long day of school is a struggle.

Climbing up that ladder after the end of a long day of work or school is just too hard sometimes. I have seriously considered just hanging my end up under my bed and just sleeping there.

3. Cuddling is basically impossible.

Twin sized beds are not easy cuddling places in general, but they become scary when they are 6 feet off the ground. Don't try it. It won't end well.

4. You can't do this.

Where's the dramatic effect in that? Goodness. When you get mad, you have to angrily climb up your ladder to prove your point. It just isn't the same.

5. Getting up in the morning feels a little like this.

Don't make me climb down this awful ladder when I'm still half asleep. Please don't make me do it.

6. Prince Charming will never be able to wake you with a kiss.

It's a gosh dern shame that I will never be able to wake up to my boyfriend giving me a kiss in the morning because he'd have to climb Mount Everest to get there.

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
