I had the pleasure of visiting the Caribbean for spring break this year, and let me tell you -- it was hot, and it was humid. But aside from both of those, it was an incredible experience! I recommend that everyone visit the wonderful Caribbean city life or the Caribbean nature if you are an outdoors person! Here is a list of places that are a must-visit while in Puerto Rico.

San Juan.

Also known as the Capital City, at least that's what the locals call it. It is filled with beautiful shops and places for sight-seeing. The areas that encompass Viejo San Juan, or old San Juan, include Castillo San Filipe del Morro, the Paseo de La Princess or the Princess Passage all the way up to the Atlantic Ocean were incredible. San Juan was just so beautiful and romantic. I could feel the richness in the culture, food, and people that invited me in the experience. I highly recommend it for everyone!

El Yunque Rainforest.

El Yunque Rainforest is the only U.S. preserved rainforest and a beautiful place for hiking, swimming, and nature-exploring! Many international travelers visit this site and you know it when you're practicing French, Spanish, and Scottish all at the same time! It was so much fun and a great place to see the entirety of the island -- which is possible, and breathtaking!

Ponce.

Ponce is the second oldest city in Puerto Rico and is filled with all kinds of cool attractions like Parque De Bombas, pigeon feeding (which is the strangest sensation, but enjoyable if given a chance), and really awesome shopping! There's plenty of history in this city and it's definitely worth checking out!

Bioluminescent Bay in Fajardo.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to experience this while being there because it was too early in the season but if anyone thinks of going in the summer, that's when this bay is at its brightest. Oh, if I didn't mention already, it glows at twilight and there are kayak tours when this bay is all lit up like the Aurora Borealis. I plan on going back just to experience this wonder.

Ziplining in Toro Verde Adventure Park in Orocovis.

There are nine ziplines to choose from, and one is the longest zipline in the world. Unfortunately, I was not able to do this, but it's another to add to my list when I go back to visit because thrill-seeking is fun and ziplines are just awesome!

I enjoyed Puerto Rico so much that I cannot wait to go back! This island is filled with great culture, great food, and great people. I made a couple of friends while there, experienced a day-in-the-life -- or days, is more like it -- of how the locals live, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Now, go! Go to the Caribbean and enjoy yourselves!

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
