Everyone is always planning, making "to-do lists," and talking about all the stuff they have to do "tomorrow". I find myself following this trend too. At the beginning of every week I already begin planning what homework needs to be done throughout the week, what days I need to make time for a run, when to go grocery shopping, when I'm working, and I might as well add when I can relax. It's a never ending cycle. So I have a challenge, for myself and anyone else, to take a breath, close the calendar, and do something spontaneous and fun. Whether that be to relax in a hot bubble bath or go to a movie or play video games or whatever it may be, don't plan it. Just do it. Go visit your grandparents or your siblings. Surprise your significant other with a bouquet of flowers or, if you're like me, some kind of food.
Just live right now, in this moment, and enjoy it.
