9 Ways To Live Your Life According To Ron Swanson
Madison Breslin

Since I have been re-watching the show, "Parks and Recreation," I found it appropriate as we are coming to the end of winter break, to entertain, and enlighten you all with the ways of Ron Swanson:

1. First and foremost for this new year! You must work hard, do your squats, and get that A! Also, take one thing at a time, do not go crazy and become a big ball of stress.

2. Do not forget to indulge in anything that you love! Be strong in your choices and do not let anybody manipulate or tell you otherwise.

3. Do not be afraid to say no to somebody this year. Stand up for what you believe in.

4. Know what you want out of this year. Motivate yourself, do not get off track of what you want to do! Be blunt, and be true to who you are!

5. After all that hard work and devotion do not be afraid to, "Treat yo self' 2017!"

6. I cannot emphasize this enough, make some time for yourself. You will explode if you do not have that relaxing bath, or whatever "me time," means for you, to get back some clarity.

7. Do not let the haters bring you down.

8. Do not get so bogged down in other people's problems and issues that you start hating everything and everyone.

9. When you go party, or the club, do not be afraid to let yourself go. According to Swanson, "There is no bad way to consume alcohol."

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

singing
Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
