Are you looking to have fun this summer? Are you looking to listen to some live music? Well, you've come to the right place. Below are 10 bands who are touring with concerts that stop in either New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia or all three so take your pick.
1. Camp Cope

2. Snail Mail
Frontman Lindsey Jordan started playing guitar at the age of five and now she has both an EP titled "Habit" and an album titled "Lush" under her belt. After just graduating from high school her band, Snail Mail, will be doing a lot of touring. You can find the dates of their full US tour here and if you miss them, then they'll be coming back after their tour in Europe to play at Madison Square Garden.
3. Slaughter Beach, Dog
Slaughter Beach, Dog is the solo work of Modern Baseball's Jake Ewald. He was joined by Ian Farmer, also from Modern Baseball, who both played bass and produced their album. This allowed him to find a new sound away from what he was used to. You can find their tour dates here.
4. The Front Bottoms
New Jersey band, The Front Bottoms, will be performing at the very first Sea Hear Now Festival in Asbury Park. The festival will have three stages with bands like Blondie headlining and since this is Asbury Park, of course, there will be art on display and surfers riding the waves throughout the two days. Tickets to the festival can be found here and tickets to other dates on The Front Bottoms' tour can be found here.
5. Field Medic
If you like low-fi music Field Medic is where it's at. This is because Kevin Patrick, aka Field Medic, "initially embraced lo-fi because he felt that his home recordings were a truer method of expressing what he was creating than anything he could do in a studio," as said by Run For Cover Records. His tour dates can be found here.
6. Heart To Gold
Minnesota band, Heart To Gold, has a sound that is filled with dense guitars and screamed vocals. With the release of their new album "Comp," they will be leaving their hometown music scene to play shows on the East coast with the band Barely Civil. You can find their tour dates here.
7. Jeff Rosenstock
Jeff Rosenstock, a friend of Camp Cope, has been a part of many bands before starting his solo work in 2012. He even created his own indie donation-based record label called Quote Unquote Records. Rosenstock has always believed in the D.I.Y. aesthetic, going as far as to give out free stencils and paints at concerts so fans could make their own shirts. You can go here to find his tour dates.
8. Remo Drive
Remo Drive has recently released their new EP "Pop Music," along with signing to Epitaph records. Created by brothers Erik and Stephen Paulson, Remo Drive has had a different sound on each of their albums. Erik says this is because "I feel like we don't really have a voice... The things that will be consistent are the energy, the passion. As long as it sounds awesome to us and the songs are good enough, it'll be Remo Drive." Their tour dates can be found here.
9. Petal
Petal, aka Kiley Lotz, has just released her new album "Magic Gone," which is made up of two sides. As said by Run For Cover Records, side A is a collection of songs she wrote before receiving treatment for her mental health, including the song above, and then side B is made up of songs she wrote after treatment. Petal is touring alongside Camp Cope and you can find her tour dates here.
10. Prince Daddy & The Hyena
Prince Daddy & The Hyena are an emo band from Albany, NY who are touring with Remo Drive and Field Medic.
