Audrey Nethery is a spirited and loving 8-year-old girl from Kentucky with a heart of gold. Her Saturday Zumba and singing videos went viral on Facebook and made millions of people worldwide smile. She's been on The Rachael Ray show multiple times and even got to meet Selena Gomez last fall when she was on tour. Audrey has danced with the Rockettes and she has taught her own Zumba class.

Her nearly 1.5 million viewers enjoy watching her host her own cooking show series "Audrey's Kitchen," reviewing books on "Audrey's Book Corner" and a fashion show starring her doll Biddy on her Facebook page that her dad runs. You can find Audrey at her Facebook page.

Audrey is living with a rare bone marrow syndrome called Diamond Blackfan Anemia (DBA). People living with DBA are very anemic and children tend to be very small for their age. People living with DBA need to get blood transfusions often, but this never keeps Audrey down.

Audrey is an absolute sweetheart who loves to entertain. Her videos are her dancing and singing Taylor Swift on her karaoke machine with the biggest smile on her face. Audrey is destined to be a host or some kind of entertainer and I can't wait to say "I knew her when..."

Audrey is the happiest and most adorable little girl who is a warrior and a Superhero. If you look at the comments on all of her posts they are flooded with love and support. My mother and I have been following her for years and we have never seen a negative comment. Her fans range in age and they all have nothing but love for this little angel on earth. The comments are full of well wishes and updates on how Audrey made them smile when they were feeling down. People truly love this little girl, as you can see in her hashtag, #weloveaudreydba.

Audrey never fails to make me smile. I know that whenever I see a new video of hers on my Timeline, I'll be smiling in no time. It's not uncommon for me to look up her page when I'm feeling down because her energy and enthusiasm are contagious. Her little voice speaks volumes in a time where love can be hard to find and hate is seemingly everywhere. I look at this little girl and I see hope. Her parents raised her to not see herself as different, they raised her to be happy and to spread cheer.

Please take a moment and watch a video or a hundred of Audrey's, I promise you'll fall in love with her smile and her laugh. Give her a like and if you can donate blood!

The Battle Between College And My Mental Health

College isn't easy, and I'm afraid I'm not going to make it at the rate my mental health is going.

Everyone tells you that college is hard, but they fail to explain why. Sure, classes are hard. Math sucks, and political science can be so boring. But that's not even what's killing me about college. What's killing me about college is my deterioating mental health.

As a college student, I feel as if people don't understand just how exhausted I, and fellow college students are. We have so many things going on, all the time, and sometimes it's hard to explain to people how we feel. Personally...I'm tired. I'm sad. And I'm struggling every single day with my emotions. But the thing is, it hasn't always been this way. I haven't always hated school, so why am I feeling like this now?
